Exposure has been making bike lights in the UK for going on two decades. The Diablo Mk13 is one of Exposure’s most powerful helmet lights with an absurdly bright maximum output of 1900 lumens. It’s ideally suited to lighting up the apex of corners while mountain biking but, with the brightness turned down, it makes a good secondary road light too. The three LEDs that kick out all of those lumens are powered by a 3,500 mAh lithium-ion battery that will last between 1 and 18 hours depending on which setting you use. The light on the back of the light changes colour using a traffic light system to let you know how much juice you have left. The various output modes can be scrolled through either by pushing the button on the back of the light or tapping the body, which is easier for on-the-fly adjustment.
