About The Procaliber:

The Procaliber is all about covering ground, fast. A super light carbon fibre frame keeps weight low and strength high, so none of your energy is squandered. The innovative IsoSpeed decoupler built into the frame offers excellent compliance and comfort, soaking up vibrations so you can concentrate on pedalling. It is not a full suspension bike, but it is highly effective in minimising feedback from the trail.

If you ride long distances off road, race cross country or compete in marathon-style events, the Procaliber should be right up your street. The geometry allows you to sit in a highly efficient pedalling position so you can climb easily, while a not-too-slack head angle means you can get weight over the front wheel for traction on steep climbs. Downhill, the bike is well planted with 29″ wheels providing a large contact area with the ground and holding momentum through rough terrain. The frame is completed with sleek internal cable routing and a 12mm thru-axle for strength and stiffness.

Trek have finished the bike with some well-thought-out components to take advantage of the racy nature of the frame. RockShox’s Reba RL fork gives 100mm of travel with a remote lockout so you can climb as efficiently as possible and change the character of the fork at the touch of a button. The 29″ wheelset runs on Bontrager hubs with sealed bearings (providing a long life) and matching lightweight carbon rims. Bontrager’s own XR2 tyres are tubeless-ready and ideal for dry, summer conditions. The 1×12 SRAM drivetrain is the last word in reliability. A wide gear range is coupled with lightweight, all put together in a solid package. Shimano hydraulic disc brakes keep all that speed in check, and classy Bontrager bars, stem, post & saddle complete the bike.
